Seoul, Korea, April, 20th  - LS Cable and System held the inauguration ceremony for its Shared Growth Council at LS Tower in Anyang, Gyeonggi-do on April 19 with over 300 attendees including President Jong-Ho Son, selected directors and employees, and representatives of 35 partners. The event was formed to build a sustainable shared growth system through a win-win cooperative spirit with partners based on "LS Partnership," the new management philosophy of LS. 

The Shared Growth Council aims to ▲ search for shared growth opportunities for LS Cable & System and its partners, ▲ share visions and mid- to long-term strategies, ▲ discuss measures to create synergies, and ▲ discuss difficulties of partners and improvement measures. The Council will be chaired by Chairman Byeonghun Lee of Sinki Cable Co., Ltd., and LS Cable & System will do its best to support autonomous operation by the members. 

LS Cable and System is endeavoring to achieve substantial shared growth with partners through support for technology development and patent applications, transfer of dormant patented technologies, improvement of payment conditions (i.e. shortened payment terms), management consulting, and support for specialized education programs on ethical management, management innovation and 6 Sigma.
