On July 25, the LS Group (Chairman: Koo, Ja-Hong) donated US$ 0.5 million to the National Association for Disaster Relief in order to help flood victims. They also decided to seek various support policy as a group for them to overcome difficulties soon.

LS Cable assembled a “road service team FOR agricultural machinery” LAST week, AND makes a tour FROM July 20 TO August 18 TO repair agricultural machinery free-OF-charge. THE community service club OF EACH workplace also visits flood-damaged site TO offer their services.

ON July 19, LS Industrial Systems also established “Emergency Service Team FOR Electric Facilities IN Flood Damaged Region’, consisting OF 60 persons INCLUDING service AND SALES team members AND started a FULL-scale service activities. They decided TO provide free service TO ALL regions devastated BY flood. They include Gangwon-DO, Gyeongsangnam-DO, etc.

AFTER THE opening ceremony OF emergency service team, they checked THE status OF electric circuit breakers AND inverters OF THE Rainwater Pumping Station OF Gayang-dong, Seoul, AND started TO support IN FULL scale THE flood victims. THE FIRST target was THE flood victims IN Yangpyung-dong, Seoul, whose difficulties were exacerbated BY THE breaking OF THE Anyangcheon Stream
